Functional Committees

  • Policy & Advocacy Committee – Leads state-level coordination, policy dialogue, and strategic planning.
  • Awareness & Communication Committee – Designs and disseminates awareness campaigns and IEC materials.
  • Enforcement & Legal Support Committee – Strengthens COTPA enforcement and assists in vendor licensing mechanisms.
  • Cessation & Health Integration Committee – Promotes integration of cessation services across health institutions.
